If you are just beginning to learn Michael Jackson dance moves here is some advice:
You will need to make sure that you are eating properly or you might not feel well after a while
Drink plenty of fluid even if you don't feel like you need to.
If you are planning to do a considerable amount of dancing make sure to get plenty of sleep.
You will soon discover just how much energy dancing requires even if you perform one move at a time.
Don't stress out over not learning a certain move or routine right away...
just set it aside, learn something else and then go back to the dance move that you may be having trouble with.
Sometimes you will learn moves after a considerable amount of practice.
Then other times after you set it aside, you will learn it right away. It's almost like an idea comes to you.
The most important thing to remember is do not quit!
Michael Jackson was not known for doing easy dance moves. ( of dance!!)
You will definitely experience soreness!!
Sometimes you may possibly experience exhaustion in different variations of levels...from mild to extreme.
Whatever you decide to do just remember to have fun with it ... ....
