If I could take away all of your pains,
I would take you to some far off place
and we could play board games all day.
If I could, I could love to be your best friend like Elizabeth Taylor.

All night I cried from being so afraid,
of being left alone with nowhere to go.
The biggest fear of all
is when you have no friends at all.
Of no one to grasp your hand
and tell you that they will love you forever on.
All night, I wondered as to what the world had to offer.
Rather of happiness or of pain,
or of pure joy and of all there is to gain in the world.
All night, I waited for the phone to ring
so I wouldn't be so lonely and so your precious voice
could touch my heart and make me feel like singing.
But the call never came and I felt the same,
and stayed up all night wondering if you felt the same way.

A certain small ship set assail to a far off island out in nowhere.
Two people the only ones aboard were leaving at a slow pace
so slow anyone could have swam and kept up with the two men.
Yet, among all the education in the world
would not do for they decided to follow nature if they could.
Seemingly to keep up with the sun
they would travel for a very few miles
and then find themselves moving on.
Weeks passed and for some reason
they pondered as to how fast the sun
would disappear and would stay gone seemingly forever.

I have never really had a friend
who I could call all mine.
I guess in life there is no such thing,
then again, maybe there is.
It has taken me years to finally realize
that merely all of the friends I had,
did not believe in themselves
or had no special reason
to look forward to another day.
Maybe sometime soon
I'll find a friend to call all mine.

I started with nothing at all when I began to write.
I had not one ounce of talent to give.
All I had was just a mind of my own
a pen and paper with nothing at all written.
I had so much love to give back
for the inspiration that came from an album
that you worked so hard on.
I've read about how your family
went through hard times
and at first it must have seemed
as though there were no doors to walk through.
But it took a lot of courage to see it through.
Now when you do anything at all
you are giving someone in this world
what they need even if they're with nothing at all.

Many times I've cried when I saw your face
and when you gave or gladly received hugs from those of my age.
Your smiles just from a picture several weeks or months old made my days brighter.

One day, not that long ago
I had a dream of a man I'd like to know.
He was dressed very casually from his head down to his toes.
I walked in and sort of looked around at the hundreds of sunglases.
When finally finding a pair that I like, a certain man caught my eyes.
Slowly, I tried to get closer to him but he ran out the door
and I didn't even get a chance to say, "Hello" to him.
I ran out the door and looked around
but he was definitely no where close to be found.
I said to myself, "That was Michael Jackson, and he was just
in the Sunglass Specialty Store."

Look into my eyes and tell me what you see.
Do you see any pain or love inside
or do you see any tenderness there?
Can you see a movie picture of my past life
or are my eyes blank with nothing at all to hide?

Michael Jackson I can't thank you enough
for what you've given me.
I know I've written so many thanks
but I feel as though I owe you so much,
I owe you my love, my life, I owe you everything.
I just owe you too much to even try to repay.
There's just no way to say thanks enough
because I just can't thank you enough in any way.
Thank you, thank you, thank you so much.
I love you even if you'll never know or love me.
I'd give my life to you if I could, I swear I would.
I can't thank you enough.

How I want to be the biggest fan that I can be.
No matter who else may have more materialistic things than me,
I want to feel the emotions and the tears.
To cry when you cry
when a terrible lie is written about you in the press
and when you deserve an award
only to find someone else taking it.
I want to be your most devout fan,
someone who you can turn to
when you feel lonely
or when you desperately need a friend.

My major love is to be with you.
My major love is to love as good as you do.
I enjoy the freedom you give me when your smiles
break out into a fit of laughter.
My major love is to listen
to your sweet voice and your sweet songs.
There is no way at all to repay what you've given me,
no way to thank you as much as I would like to.
My major love is to sit for hours on end
in my bedroom and look at the pictures of you.
To be able to say that I feel as though I was
or am there now in my heart.
I close my eyes and pretend you're beside me
so I can talk to you like I've always wanted to.

A side of me loves you so very much,
while another side knows that I must break away
in some way and learn to accept the facts of life.
I know that it is not so
of giving up the things you love with all of your heart.
I do not know for sure that you can not live on music,
songs, pictures, and so on.
Life gets harder and love grows stronger!
That's a side of me that many don't know.
I can still live in my fantasy world
and love what I love without having to worry
about what others think, say, or do.

The happiness you give me is more valuable
than anything that the eye can see.
Honesty comes in the form of love.
It's the highest honor a friend could express.
Just knowing that I can at least rely on someone.
The happiness you give me is so valuable.
It takes so little of your smiles and hugs
to let me know how you really feel.

Because of the lack of confidence I had in myself
you stood by my side to say, "Start with the man in the mirror."
Then I began to make a change in myself.
I began to believe in the ultimate limit, of the worlds unknown.
Michael, I love you so much for your inspiration.
For your encouragement of being the best.
You taught me things I could only once dream of.
You took me to world's unknown.

I'm keenly aware of those who laugh and stare
for they do not understand the love I have for one man.
They talk and laugh about things so small,
not realizing how dumb it is for them at all.

When I'm far away in some other kind of world,
I'm keeping you in mind and of the things you always say.
No matter what happens in my life now,
you will always be near, right here next to my heart.
I will be keeping you in mind.

What gets you down?
The way you talk about others
or the way you mess around?
What gets you down?
Attend the sorrows of others
or going to see a circus clown?
I learned never to let those things get in the way,
although sometimes some things tend to follow me.
I always say, "What gets you down?"
Don't be so gloomy and say negative thoughts.
Be as happy as you can be, be the best of all.
It doesn't matter who you are.
You don't have to be a famous star
but remember to stay away
from those who are constantly in gloom
because someday soon, they'll get you down.

No one around me seems to understand
exactly who I am as a person
or how soft and sensitive that I am.
They always seem to pass by me.
Everybody is searching for what I've found.
I wouldn't change a thing about my life
because i've found what pleases me the most.
I've filled the voids, yes every single one.
That's what everybody's searching for
and spending a lifetime trying to get.

There's a sound of people talking
with a faint whisper of what is soon to be.
Tickets sold, excitement untold
of the man who creates more power than ever before.
I can see the tears of someone saying,
"I've got a front row seat!"
and of young children pretending to be the star.
For a few days many will claim that one day
they'll want to be just like him,
but for that many it's only a dream.
The outside gates open at last
with many running just as fast as they can
only to be packed tightly,
almost too close for comfort.
They scream and wave their hands.
In these immensely large crowds
it seems as though I'm in seas of unrest.

When you at last have found that special friend,
you vow to each other that your friendship will never end.
Today you both say, "Let's do something together,
let's tell each other our problems when we may."
As time goes by never say a word to each other.
Then one day you meet again
and make the same promises that already had been.
Then as it turns out you decide to be blood brothers until the end.

What you do today can reflect on the future.
The things that people say don't last forever
much less until tomorrow.
Set small goals and one by one prove to yourself that it can be done.
Don't sit around watching others and what they can do
because one day you want then to be watching you.
Remember the small or big accomplishments of today
can really make a difference in someone's life.
You may change the world,
or become a role model for the children
who can only but dream of being like you.

Everyday I imagine about the future.
I think of your hugs and your sweet smiles.
When I was younger,
I used to try to imagine what it would be like
to be a few years older, now I know.
But I like who I am now
because I'm doing things
that I could not possibly imagine.
Things that I never knew about years ago
that were within me.
Feelings that were once locked away,
unable to be opened without a special key.

When the world seems painful or when it seems dull,
I hide my face behind paper of special quality untold.
While many become involved with possessions,
I find my love elsewhere,
for love comes not in what you own,
but only in what you have as your own self.
While I glance at things written,
or of things someone will do,
I see myself as a follower,
someone who will maybe one day be like them too.
I love to pretend of being a star
or of someone who will one day
go just as far as far will allow.
I think pretending don't hurt
so long as you believe in yourself
and don't get misxed up in a lot of fantasy-like dreams.
It's okay to create a special world to escape from reality.

I just love you and no one else.
I indeed have not felt the way I do with anyone else.
If there was some way,
I would live my life in your world of music and love
of the special man with the sequined glove,
of the childhood memories, not of the fame,
but of the inspiration there is to gain. I just love you.
I just love you when it seems as though my world falls down.
I just love you when those around me criticize you.
It does not matter what they say because I just love you.

Your first sweet kisses are like
special commitments that are made.
All we need is love sweet love.
Love like you have never had or felt before.
Feelings that you reach deep down inside for.
I never thought you would come along so soon.
I thought I'd have to wait for years.
I used to feel frightened about strong feelings
because having mixed emotions can create the wrong thin.
It would not feel or be real to you or to me, all we need is love.
